Got married in this fantastic hotel ! Whole lead up and day was amazing. The staff could not be more helpful. The food was fantastic. The reception room is so lovely, with the most beautiful decor and so much room. The bar for welcome drinks is also beautiful and such a nice bar to move around and chat to people in. The wedding coordinator Alan went above and beyond ! He thought of things we didn’t even think of ! He was so helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Such a beautiful hotel, highly recommend
Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Service wise the staff from reception staff, dining staff and bar staff all were very kind and really great to have a chat and laugh with. I’m a celiac and I found the staff when asked were very knowledgeable, reassuring and accommodating. Be great to see a separate gluten free menu ! Location wise it’s only a 3 minute walk to kenmare itself which was ideal your out enough to be in a nice quiet part but not far away from the craic either. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi were used and was very clean. Will be back to try out the Spa!
Lovely staff, swimming pool was a huge hit with my 11 year olds.. they also offer a kids club which cost 7euro.. kids enjoyed that.. a playground is onsite by the swimming pool.. breakfast was nice, buffet style.. not enough staff is the only downside, I'd talked to a lot of guests whom said the same thing.. there was a wedding the day we booked in.. took 10/15 mins to be sat for breakfast, and I asked for toast for four people and got two slices.. everything at the hotel was lovely except for the service at breakfast.. just not enough staff on..
